My name is Dana and I'm an NASM certified personal trainer. I've been working with clients, in home and gym settings in Loudoun County, since 2008. I can provide the experience, knowledge and accountability needed to help you achieve your fitness goals! My training sessions are specifically tailored to your individual needs and will incorporate different dimensions of fitness to help you achieve maximum results! What are your goals? My training experience has included pregnant/post-natal women, elderly clients, students/adults with sport specific goals, and those with various health/injury issues. About me: I'm extremely passionate about fitness as a vital means to a healthy and fulfilling life. I transformed my own life through fitness and want to help others find the same freedom. I can especially relate to those who struggle with their weight as I was significantly overweight and out of shape for most of my life. I went from being completely inactive, unhealthy, weighing almost 240 pounds to an avid runner, completing over 80 full marathons and maintaining my 165 pound weight for the last 8 years. Besides running, I also love weight training and when I'm not working out/training I'm spending time with my husband and 3 children.

About my Training: I work with most of my clients in the privacy and convenience of their home, but also work at a community gyms, or other set locations. I have my own equipment, so a personal in home gym is not required. I offer different training sessions based on your personal needs and your first session is always complimentary. During our initial session, I get lots of background information and preform a fitness assessment. This session helps me put together the best plan for your training, and gives you a chance to ask questions and get a feel for my training services. Please allow 45 minutes for this session. I offer clients both 30 or 45 minute sessions and discount pricing for those who train several times a week. I also offer discounts for Loudoun County teachers, stay at home moms, and current or former military. I train one on one, as a couple, or friends can achieve their goals together through buddy training (up to 3 people). If you would like more information about training and rates, please email me.
